Why not just find an elimination diet online?

That would be AN elimination diet, and not YOUR elimination diet. Your inflammatory food triggers are unique to your immune system. This course teaches you a systematic approach to identify these unique inflammatory food triggers

Do I need food sensitivity testing or allergy testing done?

No. The course covers both testing and non-testing approaches. ELISA testing for IgG/IgA antibodies can be helpful but isn't required. Conventional food allergy testing doesn't test for delayed IgG / IgA food reactions, only IgE.

Will this help with my specific condition?

This course is designed for inflammatory conditions of all types—digestive (IBS, reflux, constipation), skin disorders, joint (arthritis, fibromyalgia), chronic fatigue, and much more. If inflammation is part of your picture, identifying any food triggers is an essential part of the  healing process.

Can I do this while taking medications?

Yes, in most cases. However, always consult your healthcare provider before making changes. Some immunosuppressant medications can alter sensitivity test results. This is discussed in the course.

Can I do this with my current health care providers?

Absolutely, this is strongly encouraged and will help with implementation of the diet protocols and assessment of results of the eliminations. This increases success rates with the program.

Why not just do food journalling to figure it out?

Because of delayed reactions. You can eat a food today and not have a reaction for several days later. You'll never correlate a symptom back to a food in that time frame.  This course teaches you the proper algorithms to help identify these delayed reactions.

What if I've already tried elimination diets?

Most people tried them incorrectly—wrong foods, wrong timing, wrong order, or not understanding delayed versus immediate reactions. This course gives you precise algorithms that help make elimination diets more effective.

Why do the modules have to be completed in a specific order?

Because each step builds on the previous one. Understanding the foundation (why food journaling doesn't work, why delayed reactions are different from immediate reactions) is essential before implementing the protocols.

What if I can't commit to a long term elimination diet right now?

You have lifetime access—you have the rest of your life to work through this program. Many people work through the educational modules first, then implement the elimination diet when their schedule allows.

How do I get sensitivity testing if my doctor doesn't do these tests?

This has to be ordered by a licensed health care provider. Many complementary health providers are able to order this testing, including licensed Naturopathic Doctors. 

Will Dr. Woodworth offer direct recommendations for my elimination diets and challenges?
