Most anti-inflammatory diets don't fail because people cheat on them.

They fail because there is NO single diet that is anti-inflammatory for everyone.

Inflammatory responses to food are not universal. What triggers an immune reaction in one person may be entirely well-tolerated in another — and this is why generic elimination protocols so often fall short.

There is a systematic process for identifying your individual triggers.

For those new to this approach, a foundational guide is available below.

Food Intolerance, Allergy or Sensitivity?  The Differences are Critical

A Free Foundational Guide by Dr. Scott Woodworth, ND

Before any elimination diet makes clinical sense, there is foundational knowledge that must come first: understanding the critical differences between food allergies, food sensitivities, and food intolerances — and why the mechanisms behind each require a completely different approach.

This guide covers that foundation in full. It is the first module of the complete program, available here at no cost, so that you can assess whether this framework is the right fit before making any further commitment.

If the approach resonates, the full program picks up exactly where this guide leaves off.

A Clinical Framework for Identifying Your Individual Inflammatory Food Profile

This program was developed to address a gap that is common in both clinical practice and public nutrition guidance: the absence of a structured, mechanism-based method for identifying which specific foods are driving inflammation in a given individual.

Most dietary advice — even well-intentioned anti-inflammatory protocols — is built on population-level research. It does not account for the fact that delayed hypersensitivity reactions to food are highly individual, and cannot be reliably identified through dietary journaling, generalized elimination approaches, or standard allergy testing alone.

This program teaches the systematic process used in clinical practice: understanding the immune mechanisms involved, selecting the appropriate  elimination and or testing strategy for your situation, and interpreting the results in a way that leads to a genuinely personalized anti-inflammatory diet.

A Program Rooted in Clinical Practice

The full program is available to anyone who wants to move beyond the foundational guide and work through the complete clinical framework — at their own pace, on their own schedule.

It is designed to provide the same depth of background education that Dr. Woodworth covers with patients in the clinical setting, along with the tools to apply that knowledge independently and systematically.

Optional 1:1 Coaching

This course covers the full background and educational content that Dr. Woodworth provides to patients in the clinical setting. By completing the program, you will have a thorough understanding of the framework and the tools to begin applying it independently.

For those who would like additional support while working through their individual elimination and food challenge process, Dr. Woodworth will be offering (in the future) a limited number of online video coaching sessions to program participants. These sessions will be focused specifically on dietary investigation — helping you interpret your individual results, troubleshoot the elimination process, and navigate food reintroduction.

Coaching availability is intentionally limited to ensure adequate time for each participant. Coaching sessions are separate from the course and are not included in the program fee.

Coaching sessions are focused solely on dietary investigation and support. They do not constitute a Naturopathic assessment or treatment, and will not include recommendations for specific nutritional supplements or botanical medicines. Online coaching sessions are not billed as Naturopathic consultations.

Guided Support After the Program

A note for existing patients of Dr. Woodworths: Patients who have been seen by Dr. Woodworth at the clinic are eligible for the course at a significantly reduced rate. Please contact the clinic where you were seen to request your patient access code prior to enrolling. This offer is available for current and former Naturopathic patients of the practice only.
